There is mass dissatisfaction among the locals of temporarily occupied Tokmak in the Zaporizhzhia region, whom the Russian occupation administration “evacuated” to Berdiansk. In particular, people complain that the Russians have placed them in terrible living conditions, in buildings without windows, lighting, hot water, or furniture. In addition, Russian  soldiers have indefinitely prohibited “evacuated” citizens from returning to the city of Tokmak.

Russian occupation forces continue to suffer significant losses on the battlefield. As a result, the Russian army equips civilian educational institutions in temporarily occupied territories as medical facilities. For example, in Luhansk, the premises of three local hospitals have been completely arranged by Russian soldiers as military hospitals for lightly and moderately injured combatants.

Under the pretext of evacuating civilians, Russian troops continue to export looted property from front-line settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. For example, in Energodar, Russian military personnel completely looted all of the city’s medical institutions, and all medical equipment in the city was taken to the temporarily occupied Simferopol in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Also, all enterprises located in the industrial zone near the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant were completely looted.

Over the course of the day, the aviation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched 3 strikes on Russian personnel and military equipment concentration areas. Rocket and artillery units struck 1 anti-aircraft missile system, 2 areas of Russian forces, 1 fuel and lubricants depot, as well as Russian radio-electronic warfare station.
