Russian offensive actions and impact on civilians

The Russian Federation continues to conduct an aggressive war, despite significant losses. The Russian army persists in killing civilians in Ukraine and disregards the laws and customs of war, employing terror tactics.

Within a day, Russian troops launched 5 missile strikes, 19 airstrikes, and carried out 30 artillery attacks on Ukrainian troops’ positions and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are civilian casualties, and residential buildings have been damaged.

The likelihood of further missile and airstrikes across Ukraine remains high.
