Victoria Nuland supported the people of Ukraine.

“We see that Ukrainians are still fighting. You are fighting today not only for your freedom but also for democratic values. This is of great importance,” said Victoria Nuland.

Andriy Yermak thanked Victoria Nuland for the visit. The head of the President’s Office of Ukraine also thanked the United States, President Joe Biden and his administration, including the State Department for their support.

According to Andriy Yermak, a historical unity is currently observed not only within Ukraine – many countries in the world have united around helping our state.

“Now we see how many countries demonstrate an extremely strong position. Ukraine receives both military and political aid – at the level of states and international organizations,” explained the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

The parties also discussed the issue of increasing sanctions pressure on Russia. Andriy Yermak emphasized the importance of further strengthening of sanctions against Russia and noted that this was an important element of forcing Moscow to peace.
