“We are starting digital cooperation with Japan – we signed a memorandum with the Japanese Ministry of Digital Transformation. We will focus on the field of cyber protection to protect Ukrainian critical infrastructure facilities as much as possible. Japan has experience and expertise in high-quality countermeasures against cyber attacks. We also agreed to exchange the best IT practices and digital solutions,” noted Mykhailo Fedorov.

For its part, Ukraine will help with the experience of building a unified and effective e-government system: the mobile first approach, the experience of the rapid launch of online services, the development of e-government and the implementation of digital innovations at the state level.
