Shocking sight from the cemetery of Russian shells fired at Kharkiv

Russian troops constantly shelled Kharkiv (a city in the east of Ukraine, which has a population of more than 1 million) since the beginning of the full-scale war. There are so many Russian shells that a “cemetery” had to be set up for them. Photographers published the creepy photo on social networks on December 4, 2022.

Photographers Kostyantyn and Vlada Liberovy showed a photo from the “cemetery” in Kharkiv. They emphasized that almost every projectile was someone’s destroyed life or destroyed home.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, more than 5,000 spent ammunition were at the cemetery.

“This is not an art installation or an art project. This is a “cemetery” of shells in the city of Kharkiv. That’s how many of them were fired by Russia at Kharkiv since February 24, 2022. So many of them struck a peaceful, innocent population,” noted the photographers under the published photo.

Residents said that this “mountain” of shells was almost twice as large. However, employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine gradually began to dismantle it.

“They [Russian troops – ed.] are trying to destroy us, but we are still standing,” emphasized Kostyantyn and Vlada Liberovy.

In particular, this cemetery of shells includes remnants of the “Grad”, “Uragan”, “Smerch”, “Kalibr” and “Iskander” missile complexes. These ammunition remains are an evidence base that will be used in court.
