The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov noted that in the evening of February 11, 2023, Russian troops shelled Kharkiv with S-300 missiles. As a result, 1 civilian was injured, and an object of civil infrastructure was damaged.

“According to preliminary data, there were three hits by Russian S-300 missiles in the city. One of the enterprises was damaged. There was a large-scale fire. A hit to the depot of local post office was also recorded. Information about the victims and the scale of the destruction are being clarified,” informed the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Later, Oleg Sinegubov added that one person was injured as a result of the Russian rocket attack on Kharkiv.
“A 35-year-old civilian received shrapnel wounds as a result of Russian strikes. He is hospitalized, doctors provide him with all the necessary assistance,” added the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
