Russians shelled the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv, 7 civilians were injured

The mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov informed that Russian troops hit the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv on February 10, 2023. As a result, 7 civilians were injured.

“Around 10 a.m., Russian soldiers once again shelled the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv. Today there may be interruptions with electricity and other communal services,” noted the mayor of Kharkiv.

Later, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration clarified that Russian military injured 7 civilians in the Kharkiv region during the missile attack.

“According to preliminary information, as a result of the latest attack by Russian troops, which took place around 10:30 in the morning in the Kharkiv region, 7 people were injured. Two of them are in serious condition,” said Oleg Sinegubov.

In addition, today at 4:00 a.m., about 12 Russian rockets hit critical infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv and the region. Emergency and stabilization blackouts are introduced in the city. Approximately 150,000 subscribers in Kharkiv remain without electricity. Power restoration works are ongoing.
