Russians shelled critical infrastructure and residential buildings in Kherson, 4 injured civilians

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration informed that the troops of the Russian Federation attacked the Kherson region 83 times during the day on January 17, 2023, and injured four civilians.

“According to the information of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Russian troops attacked the Kherson region 83 times. Peaceful settlements suffered from shelling from artillery, MLRS, mortars, tanks and UAVs. Russians also shelled Kherson 26 times – once again they attacked the residential quarters of the city, hitting critical infrastructure and residential buildings,” explained the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

Yaroslav Yanushevych clarified that Russian shells damaged the administration building, the machine and assembly halls, as well as the oxygen station in Kherson. This is the second attack on the enterprise – during the first one, which took place on January 15, projectile fragments damaged only the territory, but did not hit the building.

“4 people were injured of varying degrees of severity due to Russian shelling on January 17, 2023,” added Yaroslav Yanushevych.
