Russia shelled the object of critical infrastructure in Kherson, 1 civilian was killed

The Kherson Regional Military Administration informed that Russian troops shelled settlements in the Kherson region 73 times on February 23, 2023. As a result, 1 civilian was killed and 3 were injured.

“Russian soldiers attacked peaceful settlements in the Kherson region 73 times. They used MLRS, mortars, artillery, tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and UAVs. The Russian army shelled Kherson 7 times. Russian shells hit critical infrastructure and residential buildings,” noted the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

As a result of Russian shelling, 1 civilian was killed, and 3 people were injured of varying degrees of severity in the Kherson region on February 23, 2023.

In addition, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy added that as a result of shelling by Russian military of civilian infrastructure in Kherson, 600 houses were left without heat.

“As a result of another Russian attack, the main pipeline that provided heating for about 600 houses, more than 40 thousand people, was damaged there. Repair work will continue until the heat supply is restored,” said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
