Russian army fired at the village in the Kherson region, 2 civilians were killed

Alexander Prokudin, the Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration reported that Russian troops fired at the village of Novotyahynka in the Kherson region from artillery on February 22, 2023, as a result, two civilians were killed.

“Russian troops shelled with artillery on the homes of civilians in the village of Novotyagynka. The wreckage of shells took the lives of two older people – an 81-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man. They died on the spot from the wounds,” informed the Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

According to Alexander Prokudin, the Russian army fired at the Kherson region 58 times on February 21, 2023, five civilians were killed and more than 20 people were injured (including 1 child).

“Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army made 51 shelling, including 4 in Kherson. 18 settlements were hit by Russian artillery. Among them – Mykhailivka, Dudchany, Mylove, Tomaryne, Shliakhove, Beryslav, Mykolaivka, Kozatske, Vesele, Antonivka and Veletenske,” added the Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
