Russia shelled private sector in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a woman was killed: photos

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk noted that Russian military shelled the city of Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region (eastern Ukraine) on February 16, 2023, targeted the private sector and an industrial facility. A woman was killed and 7 civilians were injured.

“In Pavlograd, the Russian army targeted the private sector and an industrial facility. The type of missiles is being clarified.  7 private houses were destroyed, and about 50 were damaged in the city. 6 commercial buildings and half a dozen cars were also affected. One woman born in 1943 was killed, and seven more people were injured – five men and two women. Two injured were admitted to the hospital,” explained the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.

Mykola Lukashuk added that a fire broke out at an industrial enterprise, which was already extinguished by rescuers. Work to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack continues, and the scale of the destruction is being clarified.

“Russian soldiers changed their tactics. With the help of drones, they try to detect our anti-aircraft defense, and then launch a missile strike,” said Mykola Lukashuk.
