According to Oleg Sinegubov, law enforcement officers and experts went to the place. Investigative actions are being conducted. Currently, experts are clarifying the details.

“Russian troops struck civilians who were trying to escape from the shelling. This is the brutality that has no justification,” emphasized the Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

Later, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk also commented on the event.

“Russian troops completely destroyed a convoy of seven cars at the end of September. At least 20 people died, including 10 children. A brutal attack on civilians was carried out by a sabotage and intelligence group of the Russian army – they shot six old cars and one “GAZelle” truck at close range with small arms.”

The day before, Russian troops attacked a convoy of civilian cars southeast of the city of Zaporizhzhia (south of Ukraine), resulting in the death of 30 civilians. They most likely fired a long-range anti-aircraft missile used to strike ground targets.
