Russia shelled a city in the Kharkiv region: photos

The press center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine noted that the Russian army launched another artillery attack on the private sector of Kupyansk (a city in the Kharkiv region, east of Ukraine) on February 13, 2023, at around 06:00 a.m.

7 private households and an apartment in a two-story residential building were affected.

“A fire broke out in one of the private yards. A car and commercial building on an area of 40 square meters were burning. Rescuers extinguished the fire under the constant threat of repeated Russian shelling. The fire was extinguished at 07:15. a.m. According to preliminary data, there are no injured people,” informed the press center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration also added that the city of Kupyansk was also shelled on February 12, 2023.

“Kupyansk, Vovchansk, and the village of Dvorichna were the most affected. Mostly private residential buildings were damaged there,” reported Oleg Sinegubov.
