“The Russian army is destroying all front-line settlements. From south to north, constant shelling and the destruction of infrastructure is very extensive. If we take Bakhmut, more than 60% of the city’s infrastructure has been destroyed. Russia is destroying indiscriminately, from defense structures to infrastructure,” said the Head of the Donetsk Region Military Administration.

1,193 people have died and 2,583 have been injured in the Donetsk region since February 24, 2022, but the data does not include the cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha. It will be possible to calculate the number of dead in them only after the liberation of these cities.
