“Another Russian war crime is deportation. The Putin regime forcibly deported 915,000 Ukrainians. 160,000 of them are children and more than 2,000 are orphans. But there are also those who were stolen from living parents. And now the Russian Government is quickly looking for a way to simplify the adoption of Ukrainian deported children,” said the Commissioner for Human Rights.
