“The Russian occupiers continue, in violation of international law, to resort to unacceptable actions – the illegal and forced movement of Ukrainian citizens, including children, in particular orphans, children deprived of parental care, and children whose parents died as a result of military aggression of Russia, through the state borders of our state to the territory of Russia. ”

“Russia violates international humanitarian law and basic standards of humanity and is engaged in state-organized abduction of children and the destruction of the future of the Ukrainian nation.”
