“Yes, they are preparing. Now the Rosreserv has begun to check what they actually have available and calculate what they can give out on mobilization orders. This is an absolutely necessary step before the start of real mobilization,” he said.
Budanov also added that the occupiers wanted to win in the Donbass by May 9, but they did not have enough time, so it would not happen.
“This is their goal, but it won’t happen, they will not have time. They don’t have time in any way.”
