Russia has launched 850 cruise missiles of various types over Ukraine since September 2022

The spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ihnat reported on April 14, 2023, that Russian troops used 850 cruise missiles of various types against Ukraine, including high-precision and long-range Kalibr, Kh-101 missiles and ballistic Iskander missiles since fall 2022.

“The Russian army used a strategic stockpile of missiles against Ukrainian critical infrastructure. If we take from September 11, when the attacks on our critical infrastructure began, Russian military has already used more than 850 cruise missiles of various types,” explained the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to Yuriy Ihnat, the Russian army still has a small supply of such missiles and will try to accumulate them.

In addition, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that Russia plans to start serial production of strategic air-launched cruise missiles of the Kh-50 type in order to intensify strikes against Ukraine again in the fall.
