According to Serhii Haidai, the scale of Russian war crimes can be established only after the liberation of the territory of the region.

“We still don’t know what awaits us after the liberation of the Luhansk region. Many facts of torture and kidnapping of residents of the region have already been recorded. 415 officially established deaths during Russian aggression, hundreds of graves in yards, torture and disappearances. It is known that the people of Luhansk, who did not evacuate, were in Russian torture camps for two months. But we will be able to assess the scale of the crime of Russians in Donbas only after liberation,” explained the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

At the same time, Serhii Haidai expressed conviction that the criminals would definitely be punished for war crimes.
