“Russia uses missile terror and takes the lives of Ukrainian civilians trying to undermine the energy security of Ukraine on the eve of the heating season. But methods of intimidation do not work on us, on the contrary, such terrorist actions of the Russian army mobilize and harden Ukrainians even more. Each region has an operational crisis response plan, so thanks to the command work of central and local authorities, communal services, repair work on damaged objects of critical infrastructure continues non-stop, until full recovery,” the Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine noted.
