Russia attacked Ukraine’s capital, the object of critical infrastructure was hit

Russian troops launched a new attack on the energy infrastructure in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv on October 18, 2022. The energy supply facility on the left bank of the city was hit.

“There were explosions again in Kyiv. A critical infrastructure facility was hit. All services are working at the scene. More detailed information later,” said the mayor of Kyiv.

The network reports that after the explosion there was a large-scale fire, as well as power outages in Kyiv.

The adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko also informs about three missile “arrivals” to the energy supply facility on the left bank of Kyiv.

“Kyiv. Previously, 3 missile “arrivals” at the energy supply facility on the left bank of the city,” Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.

In addition, Ukrainian air defense forces work in the city of Brovary in the Kyiv region.
