According to the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, the mobilized Russians do not want to fight in Ukraine, and that is why they surrender.

“Russians are not very willing to go to fight in Ukraine. This is evidenced by more than two thousand calls to the “hotline” of the “I want to live” project in the first weeks of its work. They ask how to surrender. This is the right decision – Ukraine guarantees compliance with all international norms of humanitarian law.”

Earlier, Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov said that 150,000 conscripts from Russia were expected to arrive in Ukraine. They are going to be sent to replenish the Russian units which have suffered significant losses at the front.

Meanwhile, a riot has begun in Russia among the mobilized.
