“The aid that is planned by us together with the Chief of the General Staff (Karel Řehka) is worth some 600, 700 million crowns. It is not financial aid, it is military material that is still in our warehouses, which is so-called unnecessary and which the army can really send to Ukraine without jeopardizing its own defense capabilities,” reported the Defense Minister of the Czech Republic.

Jana Černochová also emphasized that the Czech Republic makes sure that the material sent to Ukraine can be replaced.

Karel Řehka also sees potential in air defense and ammunition for which the Czech Republic has manufacturing capacity. Jana Černochová stated that there is help available in this area. She mentioned the creation of a Czech-Ukrainian joint production cluster as well as the supply of private companies to which the state issues expedited permits.
