Britain provided Ukraine with more than 200 infantry fighting vehicles of various types

The press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on January 27, 2023, that the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland provided Ukraine with more than 200 armoured vehicles of various types.

“The UK was the first European country to donate lethal aid to Ukraine and we aim to maintain or exceed last year’s funding in 2023. As of today, we have provided more than 200 armoured vehicles. Welcome the Husky, Mastiff, Wolfhound, Spartan and Stormer [British infantry fighting vehicles – ed.],” the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine quoted the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

It is noted that the Armed Forces are grateful for the support and assistance of Great Britain.

Earlier, British Foreign Minister James Cleverly announced that Britain would provide Ukraine with other 100,000 artillery shells.
