The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted in his evening address that Ukrainian fighters had already liberated 776 square kilometers of territory in the east of our country from Russian troops, including 29 settlements, six of which are in the Luhansk region during the current week.

According to the President, in general, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already established control over 2,434 square kilometers of Ukrainian land, and 96 settlements since the beginning of the last offensive operation.
“There are also good results in the south of Ukraine this week. We are liberating our land and our people there from the pseudo-referendum every day. We will definitely reach the lands that were occupied by Russia before,” the head of state said.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy added that 29,887 defenders were awarded state awards, and 178 received the title of Heroes of Ukraine during the 225 days of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against our people.
