10 Ukrainian civilians were killed as a result of Russian missile attack

Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi said that currently 10 civilians were killed due to Russian missile shelling of Ukraine’s cities on November 23, 2022.

“Russia continues to launch massive missile attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine. Today [November 23 – ed.] we have three hits in high-rise buildings. Unfortunately, 10 people died. Only from October 10 to November 23, 2022, Russians carried out almost 600 missile attacks on Ukraine,” explained the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

It is known that 5 victims of Russian shelling in the city of Vyshhorod (the Kyiv region). There are also dozens of injured people in the city.

According to Denys Monastyrskyi, the newborn boy who died due to the Russian shelling of the maternity hospital in Zaporizhzhia (south of Ukraine) was only 2 days old.

“The planned shelling of the maternity hospital in Zaporizhzhia, where only mothers and medical personnel were, is not just a war crime. The Russians deliberately launched S-300 missiles at the place where life is born,” concluded the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
