According to Nalyvaichenko, crimes of the former government against the state and its citizens were comprehensively planned and implemented by top officials under the orders from former President Viktor Yanukovych. November 21 – 376 Ukrainian citizens are currently being held captive by the separatists, – informed SSU’s Chief Valentyn Nalyvaichenko. Over 1000 Ukrainian citizens have been freed so far.

The members of the organization utilize arms and explosives. According to law enforcement personnel, the members of this organization are complicit in carrying out 12 terrorist diversion acts. Danylchenko emphasized that the SBU organs of Interior Affairs, prosecutors actually work 24-hour days in order not to permit destabilization of the situation in the region and in cities. Pyvovar noted that the basic composition of the sabotage groups are Kharkiv residents, part of whom participated in the Anti-Maidan, part of whom were already recruited by them. “All these activities of destabilizing are headed by the Special State Services of the Russian Federation,” Danylchenko emphasized that the SBU organs of Interior Affairs, prosecutors acеtually work 24-hour days in order not to permit destabilization of the situation in the region and in cities. Pyvovar noted that the basic composition of the sabotage groups are Kharkiv residents, part of whom participated in the Anti-Maidan, part of whom were already recruited by them. “All these activities of destabilizing are headed by the Special State Services of the Russian Federation,” stated Pyvovar. Part of the detained group admitted that they went through special training under the Russian Tambov, which included mine-demolition, sniper and sabotage training.
