November 13 – Ukraine has no intentions to violate “Minsk agreement” and will adhere to ceasefire, – stated NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko. While the Russians will continue to violate the ceasefire.
November 13 – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed decrees on annual celebration of the Day of Dignity and Liberty on November 21st (the anniversary of “Maidan”) and the Day Ukraine’s Unity on January 22nd (the anniversary of consolidation of Ukrainian People’s Republic and West Ukrainian People’s Republic in 1919).

November 13 – The price of Brent crude oil fell to a minimum of 4 years – London’s ICE Futures exchange prices fell to 78.9 dollars per barrel, the minimum since September 2010. Congratulations to Russia’s state budget!
November 13 – Ukrainian company Motor Sich has totally curtailed the delivery to Russia of small sized gas turbine trucks for cruise missiles – General Director of the Russian Corporation Tactical Missile Armaments, Boris Obnosov. And the Russians expected very much that they would receive these engines. “If this decision was made then with pleasure we will continue to cooperate.We need to have a legitimate right. We will not buy things “on the sly”, stated Obnosov.
November 13 – Among the personnel of the Fourth Division of the Air Forces of Russia and the Southern Army Command, an aviation unit is being formed, parts of which will be based in Crimea-General Headquarters of RF Armed Forces. Within the division, there will be squadrons of destruction, storm, reconnaissance, air transport, front bombers and helicopter sub-units. Russia is building up its armed presence in Crimea. Is it preparing to intervene in Ukraine?
