We have seen columns of Russian equipment, primarily Russian tanks, Russian artillery, Russian air defense systems, and combat troops entering into Ukraine”, – said Philip Breedlove, Commander Europe of NATO Allied Command Operations.
November 12 – On Tuesday 5 trucks have transported the bodies of Russian soldiers from Ukraine to Russia, – informed NDSC spokesman Andriy Lysenko.
November 12 – Hague Tribunal delegation has arrived in Ukraine to review the allegations regarding senior Ukrainian officials who were in power when Viktor Yanukovych was the President of Ukraine and the events at Maidan occurred – states the press service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The Head of the Situation Analysis Section Emeric Roger has said that the main objective of the mission is to understand whether the crimes that have been committed at Independence Square fall within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.
November 12 – Russian terrorists are relocating military equipment close to Yasynuvata; artillery is shelling Ukrainian troops and civilian targets near Avdiyivka, – informed the creator of “Information resistance” group Dmytro Tymchuk. At the same time, general tactical group of the Northern Fleet of the Russian Navy has arrived to Novoazovsk (Russia). “It is expected that this group will join the advanced echelon of strike groups of terrorist troops in the coastal area. The group mostly consists of units of Russian Northern Fleet”, – says Tymchuk.
November 12 – Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Stepan Poltorak, believes that it is necessary for anti-terrorist forces to ready themselves for carrying on combat in the environment of increasing forces of terrorists and RF army: “We observe and are aware of the growing endeavours from the terrorist groups as well as RF. However, we are closely tracking the movements and are aware of their locations. And, obviously, we expect unexpected actions from their side,” stated Poltorak.
November 12 – On the territory of occuppied Crimea, Russia has the intention of creating a self-sufficient interspecific grouping of army and will continue the flights to distant places – stated the head of the RF Defense Ministry, Serhiy Shoihu. He said that Russia should “guarantee the military safety of the country and its allies in the southern-western starategic direction.” Also Shoihu announced that the Russian planes of long distance will make flights along the Russian border and also over the water area of the Northern Iceberg Ocean, communicated Interfax-AVN. “In the situation that has now developed, we are forced to guarantee armed presence in the western part of the Atlantic and in the eastern areas of the Pacific Ocean, in the water areas of the Carribean Sea and the Mexican Gulf.
