November 10 – In Ukraine, the number of internally displaced persons from Crimea, Sevastopol and Donbas who have moved to areas, free from Russian terrorists, amounted to 455 thousand 175 people, – informed the Head of State Emergency Service of Ukraine Sergiy Bochkovskyi.

November 10 – The court issued an arrest warrant for company commander of “Prykarpattia” battalion “Carpathian” who deserted from the Russian-Ukrainian front in Donbas. On August 26th, more than 300 soldiers have refused to carry out military duties at their own discretion near Ilovaisk, abandoned battle positions and left for their permanent bases in Delyatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
November 10 – The second stage of screening the ranks of officials began in Ukraine. Ministers and officials of central executive agencies, administrative office of the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor General and Security Service of Ukraine will be reviewed within this second stage, as announced by Deputy Justice Minister Igor Alekseyev.
November 10 – From the side of Russia, there are columns moving towards Donbas which are heavily armed, professional soldiers and parties of AK-74, who are equipped with lazer rear sight- Spokesperson of the NSDC of Ukraine Information Center, Andriy Lysenko. On November 8, there were recorded on the move from RF in the direction of Snizhno two columns of artillery consisting of 50 tent-covered KamAzes – each truck slipped behind it an artillery unit. On Sunday, a column was also recorded; it was composed of tanks and self-propelled artillery units. Lysenko also reminded all, that on Sunday, OSCE observers noted a column of 17 trucks “ZIL” near Sverdlov, some 15 km. to the east of Donetsk. I5 tanks were transporting “Hrad” mechanisms. One more convoy of KamAz trucks was noted by observers near Zuhres. 12 of them were transporting 122 mm howitzers. Also Lysenko said that according to operative information, very soon Russian forces should be given modern sniper rifles. “They strenghten terrorist groups with arms and soldiers from the ranks of RF armed forces. There is no doubt that this military equipment is operated by the Russian professional soldiers,” emphasized Lysenko.
