November 18 – In some cities of Donbas, people took to spontaneous rallies and demanded social payments from local military leaders. People in the cities of Sverdlovsk and Chervonopartyzansk have decided to separate from local self-proclaimed republics.

November 18 – Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has stated that the responsibility for absence of social payments and humanitarian aid supply is on Russia, which organized the whole intervention in Donbas. “The resolution of the issue of food supply and welfare payments (in Donbas) is in Kremlin’s hands. Kremlin is responsible for the humanitarian disaster that is looming over Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts”, – said Yatsenyuk.
November 18 – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Germany’s Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier have discussed the possibility of negotiations regarding Donbas in “Weimar format” with participation from Germany, Poland and France.
November 18 – In the last three days (since November 15th), Russia has relocated more than 100 pieces of military equipment to Ukriane, – said Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis. The diplomat has also mentioned that Russian Federation has joined efforts with insurgents to form strike groups, as well as accumulate military equipment and personnel close to Donetsk, Luhansk, and Debaltseve.
November 18– Plans to kidnap and scare Euromaidan activists was developed by the Administration of the President with the participation of ex-president Viktor Yanukovych and his son Oleksandr. They should be held responsible for being the organizers of the killings on the Maidan. The group of bandits who terrorized the protestors – the “titushky” for beating up the activists were directly enrolled by the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vitaliy Zakharchenko and his asisstant Viktor Dubovyk. Organizing the crimes against the activists was also the work of one more assistant of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Viktor Ratushniak, the commander of the Kyiv regiment of the special subordinate unit of Berkut, Serhiy Kusiuk and the commander of Internal Forces, Stanislav Shuliak. There are all wanted by the authorities and are hiding in Russia. According to MIA, the “titushky” organized by these police leaders killed five people in Mariyinskyj Park, as well as the journalist V’iacheslav Veremiya on Sophia Square in Kyiv on February 18. Ukraine directed close to 400 inquiries about extraditing the suspects of the crimes, but they were all ignored by the Russian authorities.
