Russian troops’ attacks on the civilian infrastructure in Ukraine
During the day, the Russian army carried out 5 missile and 34 aviation strikes, conducted 41 bombardments with rocket artillery systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian areas. Unfortunately, due to Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have been damaged.
The likelihood of missile and aviation strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
Over the course of the day, 26 clashes took place.

- In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remains relatively unchanged.
- In the Siversk and Slobozhansk directions, the Russian army carried out an aviation strike in the area of Bobylivka in the Sumy region. It conducted mortar and artillery shelling on more than 25 populated areas, including Bleshnia, Yanzhulivka, Mykolaivka in the Chernihiv region; Chernatske, Lomlenka, Kondrativka, Novodmytrivka, Luhivka in the Sumy region; and Udy, Hraniv, Ohirtseve, Bochkove, Budarky in the Kharkiv region.
- In the Kupyansk direction, the Russian army conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the area of Novoyehorivka, Luhansk region. It carried out aviation strikes in the areas of Orlyanske in the Kharkiv region and Nadiya in the Luhansk region. Population centers including Dvorichna, Synkivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region experienced Russian artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Lyman direction, Russian troops conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Spirne and Rozdolivka. Population centers such as Nevske and Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Spirne and Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region, were subjected to Russian artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Bakhmut direction, the Russian army carried out aviation strikes in the areas of Ivanivka and Bila Hora in the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Vasiukivka, Minkivka, Markove, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, and New York in the Donetsk region, were affected by Russian artillery shelling.
- In the Avdiivka direction, Russian soldiers conducted unsuccessful offensive actions south of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Novobakhmutivka, Novokalynove, Stepove, Karlivka, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region, were subjected to Russian artillery shelling.
- In the Marinka direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to hold back the Russian troops’ advance in areas northeast of Novomykhailivka and Marinka, Donetsk region. The Russian army carried out an aviation strike in the area of Krasnohorivka, Donetsk region. Populated areas such as Zhelanne Pershe, Oleksandropil, Pobeda, Katerynivka, Yelyzavetivka, and Illinka in the Donetsk region were affected by Russian artillery shelling.
- In the Shakhtarsk direction, the Russian army conducted an aviation strike in the area of Staromykhailivka, Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Vuhledar, Novoukrainka, Zolota Nyva, Vremivka, Staromykhailivka, and Rivnopil in the Donetsk region, were affected by Russian artillery shelling.
- In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Russian army carried out aviation strikes in the areas of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region. Over 20 populated areas, including Novodarivka, Malynivka, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaky, and Pyatyhatky in the Zaporizhzhia region, were affected by Russian artillery shelling.
- In the Kherson direction, Russian soldiers conducted an aviation strike in the area of Tiahynka, Kherson region. Over 15 populated areas, including Lvove, Kherson, Komyshany, Bilozirka, and Kizomys in the Kherson region, as well as Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region, were affected by Russian artillery shelling.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, consolidating their positions at achieved boundaries and implementing counter-battery measures.
The aviation of the Armed Forces carried out 1 strike on a command post, 13 strikes on personnel concentration areas, and 3 strikes on Russian anti-aircraft missile systems throughout the day.
Rocket troops and artillery units during the day hit 1 command post, 1 personnel concentration area, weapons, and military equipment storage, 3 artillery systems in firing positions, 1 air defense means, 1 ammunition depot, and 1 Russian radio electronic warfare station.
