Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked everyone who helped Ukrainians, ordinary people, and immigrants, as well as those, who called on European leaders to increase support — support for the protection of all Ukrainians.

“For the first time in its history, the European Union is providing military assistance of such magnitude. And for the first time in history, I believe, it is preparing a positive assessment of internal reforms in a European country that is defending itself in this all-out war and at the same time — while fighting — modernizing its institutions,” said the President of Ukraine.

According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukraine is getting closer to the European Union.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky also called on the European Union to impose sanctions against the Russian nuclear industry, as well as the producers of missiles and drones.

Later, during a joint press conference with the President of the European Council and the President of the European Commission, Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that some leaders of the member states of the European Union announced their readiness to provide Ukraine with all necessary weapons, including combat aircraft.
