Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration informed that in the morning of March 14, 2023, Russian troops fired a rocket at the center of Kramatorsk (a city in the Donetsk region, east of Ukraine), one civilian was killed and at least 7 were injured.

“One civilian was killed, and at least three civilians were injured as a result of the morning rocket attack on Kramatorsk,” the head of the Donetsk region said.
Russians hit the city center with a rocket. According to operational information, six high-rise buildings were damaged. Law enforcement officers and rescuers are working at the scene of the shooting.
Later Pavlo Kyrylenko added that the number of victims of the morning attack on Kramatorsk increased to 1 killed and 7 injured.
“Russian soldiers damaged 9 high-rise buildings, kindergartens, the building of the bank and 2 civilian cars. Municipal services and the police are on the scene,” added the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
