Russians attacked thermal plant in central Ukraine with kamikaze drones: video

Serhiy Borzov, Head of Vinnytsia Oblast Military Administration noted that Russians struck the thermal power plant in the Vinnytsia region (central Ukraine) with Shahed-136 kamikaze drones on October 11, 2022. Russian military fired two such drones over the Ladyzhyn TPP.

“Russian terrorist forces attacked the Ladyzhyn TPP with kamikaze drones in the morning. The plant’s power equipment was damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” the press service of the power plant reported.

According to the press service of the TPP, critically needed personnel are working at the facility, and the rest of the workers are in shelters. Appropriate services are available on site.

As soon as the security situation allows, the power engineers will assess the damage and begin the restoration of the damaged equipment.
