An explosion rang out in the center of Russian-occupied Kherson (south of Ukraine) near the regional state administration building on September 16, 2022. Previously, the explosion occurred in the building of the Administrative Court of the region, where the Russian collaborators’ offices are located.

Russian mass media stated that there were dead and injured as a result of the explosion.
According to the deputy head of the Russian administration of the region, as a result of an attack on the “administration” of the Kherson region, the so-called “head” of the labor department was injured, and her driver was killed. A meeting of the so-called “heads of administrations and districts” was held in the building.
