A column of thick smoke rose above the Sevastopol headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in occupied Crimea (south of Ukraine). There was a loud explosion around 8:17 am. on August 20, 2022.

According to the occupation authorities, a drone flew into the roof of the headquarters and was not shot down. Although, as Kremlin propagandists claim, the Russian military “worked with small arms.”
