Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that an agreement has been reached with U.S. President Barack Obama that the United States will give Ukraine $1 billion in financial guarantees.
The head of state wrote this on his page on Twitter.
“We agreed with Barack Obama that Ukraine will receive another $1 billion in financial guarantees from the United States,” he wrote.
