US Secretary of State will travel to the countries of Europe and Asia for negotiations on Ukraine

The US Department of State informed on April 10, 2023, that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will visit Ireland and Great Britain together with President Joe Biden to discuss war in Ukraine and the world’s stability on April 11-18, 2023, after which he will travel to Asian countries and participate in the G7 summit in Japan.

“Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will travel to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Vietnam, and Japan, April 11-18, 2023,” said the US Department of State.

Antony Blinken will accompany US President Biden in Great Britain and Ireland, who will be in these countries during April 11-14, 2023. It is expected that the Russian invasion of Ukraine will be one of the main topics of discussion.

“Secretary Blinken will then travel to Karuizawa, Japan to attend the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and discuss with his counterparts charting a path forward on a range of global issues, including Russia’s continued war against Ukraine, nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, food and energy security, and advancing an affirmative vision for a free and open Indo-Pacific,” reported the US Department of State.
