Ukrainians will be given Russian passports in the occupied territories of Ukraine

Russian occupation administrations are taking measures to prepare for the integration of the occupied territories of Ukraine into the Russian Federation.

“Russian military-civil administrations are taking measures to prepare for the integration of the occupied territories into Russia. Including changes in the administrative-territorial division; adaptation of law enforcement, banking, and border systems to Russian law; preparation of  the legal framework for the issuance of Russian passports, etc.”

He noted that Russian troops continued to deliberately destroy Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure by launching missile / air strikes and artillery shelling of residential areas and infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Odesa, and Sumy border areas.
