Ukrainian military shot down 14 Iranian-made “Shahed” drones

Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that they destroyed 14 “Shahed” unmanned aerial vehicles at night on December 7, 2022. Russia used these Iranian drones to attack the peaceful population of Ukraine.

“On the night of December 6-7, after a three-week pause, Russian forces again attacked Ukraine with “Shahed-136/131″ kamikaze drones.” A total of 14 loitering munitions were detected, which were directed from the southeast direction,” explained the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Air defense units of the air command “East” of the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed 11 “Shahed” drones, and another 3 drones in the eastern direction were shot down by air defense of the Ground Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, one “Orlan-10” UAV and two more Russian drones (the type of which will be specified) were shot down by anti-aircraft defense of Ukraine.

In addition, Ukrainian Air Force shot down more than 60 rockets fired by Russian forces at Ukraine during another massive shelling on December 5, 2022.
