The Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported that Russian troops are actively preparing for the defense of the occupied territories of Ukraine, but this does not prevent the Armed Forces from carrying out well-aimed strikes at their locations.

Ukrainian defenders targeted one of the hotels in Svatove, Luhansk region (east of Ukraine) on September 18, 2022. According to preliminary information, about 200 soldiers of the Russian Federation were destroyed.
“Explosions in the Luhansk region have been happening quite accurate lately – either in hotels or in dormitories, where representatives of the Russian army stay. They have suffered big losses recently. Tonight there was an explosion in a hotel in Svatove, somewhere around 200 soldiers of the Russian Federation died there.”
Also, the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration noted that Russian soldiers are preparing for the defense of the occupied territories, drawing troops to the borders. Despite this, the Armed Forces continue to destroy their ammunition depots. Russians thoroughly check the local population and disconnect mobile and Internet communications to prevent partisan movement.
Russian commanders are carrying out another wave of so-called “mobilization” in the Luhansk region to replenish units that suffered significant losses during the previous months of the war. According to Haidai, the effectiveness of these measures is extremely low, since there is no one left to go to the front, except for a few hundred men.
