Ukrainian forces are trying to control the logistics chains of Russian troops. This disrupts their plans to secure groups in different directions.

“Ukraine is trying to control the logistics of Russian troops up to 50-60 kilometers. In some directions, we manage this very successfully: in particular, in the Kherson direction along the Dnipro River, we control all the logistics of that group, which is located on the right bank of the river,” explained the specialist.

According to an expert, the main means of logistics for Russians is the railway.

“They don’t know how to fight without railways – they immediately have problems with the transfer of forces and resources. Russian troops pull echelons – ammunition, fuel, etc. All because they have crazy expenses, they do not know how to save and fight “to the full”, spending as many reserves as they deem necessary.”

Oleg Zhdanov says that for this reason, Russian troops do not know how to oppose the Armed Forces of Ukraine in any other way.

“That’s why they use the “fire wave” and the “scorched earth” tactic. This requires an insane expenditure of material and technical reserves.”
