The press service of Operational Command Pivden (South) noted on February 23, 2023, that the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out 160 fire missions, eliminated 13 Russian soldiers, and destroyed Russian Grad multiple rocket launcher in the south on February 22, 2023.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian missile, artillery and aviation units have completed more than 160 fire missions. According to the results of the combat work of Ukrainian military, the Russian army lost 13 units. On the Kinburn Spit, the elimination of Russian multiple rocket launcher Grad was confirmed, and on the left bank – the launcher of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, was also destroyed,” reported the press service of Operational Command Pivden.
In addition, a warehouse with ammunition in the area of Nova Kakhovka, 2 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2 motor boats prepared for use by Russian diversionary groups, an artillery radar complex, a 120-mm mortar and automobile equipment of the Russian army were also destroyed.
The press service also noted that Russian military continues to shell peaceful settlements in the right-bank Kherson region, including the regional center.
