Ukrainian military destroyed Russian Mi-8 helicopter and killed more than 120 soldiers

The missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine performed more than 430 fire missions during the combat day on September 13, 2022.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the Russian Mi-8 helicopter, and hit 3 areas where Russian forces were concentrated and their control points in the south.

“The Russians continued to bombard the contact line and the nearby settlements with civilians during the fighting day. Our positions were hit by 18 airstrikes from Russian aircraft.”

Ukrainian aircraft attacked 9 Russian positions, and anti-aircraft missile units destroyed a Su-24M Bomber and a Mi-8 helicopter within the Davydiv Brid region.

“Russian attempt to repair the Kakhovskyy Bridge has again been corrected by fire, it is impassable. The pontoon crossing in Darivka has been damaged, its further use is excluded.”

Operational Command “South” data shows that the Russian army has lost 121 soldiers, 9 tanks and 3 “Msta-B” howitzers. There are also two “Gvozdika”, self-propelled artillery units, two “Pantsir” air defense systems and a command vehicle, as well as, a radio electronic warfare station and four warehouses with ammunition.
