The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed that at night on April 4, 2023, the Russian army attacked Ukraine from the southern direction with Shahed drones, 14 were destroyed.

At night on April 4, 2023, Russian troops attacked Ukraine from the south with Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 attack drones. In total, up to 17 launches of attack UAVs were recorded, presumably from the area of the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov.
“14 out of 17 drones were destroyed by anti-aircraft defense forces. 13 – in the skies of Odesa, 1 – over the Mykolaiv region,” reported the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
However, Russian military shelled Odesa and the region with drones, one of the enterprises was hit.
“The Russian army has just shelled Odesa and Odesa region with attack UAVs. Hitting one of the enterprises in the Odesa region caused a fire, which the rescuers managed to eliminate by morning. Previously, without human losses,” informed the Operational Command Pivden (South).
