“Now Ukraine has already formed strategic food reserves, which will be enough for years. But more and more world leaders realize that without Ukrainian products some parts of the world can face a real famine. Therefore, we need to act.”
Thanks to the well-coordinated work of farmers and the state, the most difficult sowing campaign in the history of Ukraine is quite successful. As of May 9, 8.6 million hectares have already been sown with various crops, which is only 24% less than last year. Farmers received more than UAH 20 billion in soft loans under various state programs.
“We helped them with seeds, fuel, fertilizers. All this is to ensure that the industry does not stop and work to restore the Ukrainian economy.”
