The energy supply has been limited in Luhansk region due to a breakdown at DTEK Luhansk thermal power plant`s power unit in the town of Schastia, Luhansk Regional Military and Civil Administration`s press service has reported.
According to the report, repairs are currently under way.
Chairman of Luhansk Regional Military and Civil Administration Heorhiy Tuka also confirmed this information.
”A third of the region has been cut off the power grids,” he wrote on Twitter.
