“Today, we see no sign that President Putin is serious about meaningful talks (on ending the war in Ukraine – ed.).”
The US administration is doing everything possible to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons in record time. And this greatly narrows the possibilities for aggression by Russian invaders.
“The territory that the Russian government two months ago considered possible to seize in a few weeks, Ukraine holds firmly today,” – said the US Secretary of State.
