The United States government will help Ukraine strengthen its position on the battlefield and at the negotiating table with the Russians.

“We are doing everything we can as the United States, working around the clock to deliver our own weapons. And we have developed plans to deliver those as rapidly as possible. Some have been delivered, others are in the process of being delivered. And we will continue to work aggressively to get Ukraine what it needs to strengthen its hand on the battlefield, and to strengthen its hand at the bargaining table.”
“President Biden has no plans to visit Kyiv today. He works every day at the White House to coordinate with the countries of the world on arms transfers to Ukraine. As the Foreign Minister of Ukraine said: no one gave more weapons than the United States,” Sullivan summed up.
